Kemal Özdeş is officially the new Göztepe head coach after the former coach Bayram Bektaş. He signed his 2,5 years contract with the club.

Former Kasımpaşa head Özdeş had also spent several years coaching Manisaspor, Elazığspor, Balıkesirspor, Gençlerbirliği, Karşıyaka and Kasımpaşa at the early stages of his managerial career.
