Kamuoyunun Bilgisine;

Öncelikle, sezonun ilk maçını evimizde oynayamadığımız için tüm taraftarlarımızdan özür dilemek istiyorum. Bu kabul edilemez bir durumdu ve taraftarlarımızın yaşadığı hayal kırıklığını çok iyi anlıyorum.

Bu durumun bir sonucu olarak, sahanın bakımından sorumlu tedarikçimizle ciddi görüşmeler yaptık ve durumla ilgili tüm sorumluluğu kabul ettiler. Ayrıca durumu değerlendirmek üzere bağımsız uzmanlarla birlikte çalıştık ve taraftarlarımızla bu hafta evimiz Gürsel Aksel'de yeniden buluşuyoruz.

Aynı zamanda, günlük yönetimimizi güçlendirmek ve gelecekte böyle bir durumun yaşanmasını engelleyebilmek için kulüp olarak iç süreçlerimizi de gözden geçirdik. Bu gözden geçirmenin bir sonucu olarak Sportif Direktörümüz Ivan Mance'yi geçici olarak CEO görevine atamaya karar verdik. Kendisi ileriye dönük olarak kulübün tamamından sorumlu olacak ve Yönetim Kurulu'nun tam desteğine sahip olacak. Ayrıca kulübün günlük operasyonlarını güçlendirmek amacıyla bir CEO arama sürecini de başlattık. 

Son derece önemli bir sezonla karşı karşıyayız ve hedefimize ulaşmak için taraftarımızın gücünü arkamıza almamız gerekiyor.  Taraftarlarımızın yaşadığı hayal kırıklığını anlıyorum ancak önümüzdeki süreçte her zaman olduğu gibi takımınızın yanında olacaklarına ve tam destek vereceklerine şüphem yok.

Public Statement;

First of all, I would like to apologise to all our fans that we were not able to play the first home game of our season in our own stadium. It was an unacceptable situation and I understand the frustrations you have expressed.

As a consequence of this situation, we held serious discussions with our supplier in charge of maintaining the pitch and they have accepted full responsibility for the situation. We have also worked with independent experts to assess the situation and we are meeting our fans again this week at Gürsel Aksel.

At the same time, we have reviewed our internal processes as a club in order to strengthen our daily management and to make sure that we in the future can prevent a situation like this from happening. As a consequence of this review, we have decided to appoint Ivan Mance, our sporting director, as interim CEO. He will be fully in charge of the whole club going forward and has the full support of the Board. We have also initiated an executive search process with the objective the strengthen our daily operations of the club. 

We are facing an incredibly important season, and we need to get all forces behind us to achieve our goal. I understand fan frustration but I encourage everyone to get behind the team in the months ahead.
